Description: Allows Julia to enhance the next strike with either Quincy Weapon. It is possible to also send out a beam or burst of Reishi rather it be cutting or concussive based. An after-blast is also possible, where a shockwave of Reishi will be sent out immediately after the enhanced strike but must be stated beforehand. This after blast occurs can be anywhere from Tier II-IV, and occurs on a designated target. Tier II=Bala Speed, Tier III=Half Bala, Tier IV/V=Cero Speed, these speeds are the maximum speed they can reach per Tier.
